A native Miamian, Dennis, who is Chilean and Guatemalan by lineage, spent his middle and early high school years in Chile before returning to South Florida to finish high school and pursue university. Professionally, Dennis has sought challenges that would best suit his meticulous nature, instincts for negotiation, and analytical, problem-solving perspective.
Dennis is highly attuned to the needs of those around him. He works closely with his clients as well as leveraging his South Florida network to facilitate the right contacts. Steady and thorough in his approach as a real estate professional, Dennis equally strives to ensure everyone has a little fun along the way. Whether buying or selling, real estate transactions are undeniably significant milestones, and when all the paperwork has been signed, celebration is not uncalled for.
Personally, Dennis and his husband, who are devoted to their three dogs, enjoy travel, and have a goal to reach all 50 states, and love to host and decorate spaces for special occasions. In addition to home renovation and do-it-yourself projects, Dennis finds the time for varied outdoor activities including kayaking, bicycling, and jogging. He holds a bachelor�s degree in health services administration from Florida International University. His passion for South Florida is evident, appreciating the region�s diversity, culture, community, resilience, and energy.
